The district office in Grodzisk gains a solar car park. The solar carports are built by a Katowice company
Residents of Grodzisk Mazowiecki and the Grodzisk district will gain 100 parking spaces roofed with photovoltaic panels. This is thanks to an investment carried out by ESP of Katowice. The company has manufactured and is now installing 50 parking canopies together with a PV system with a total capacity of 362 kWp. In Poland projects of this kind are still in their infancy, while Western Europe has already recognised the potential of car parks that generate energy and at the same time provide shade and protect cars from rainfall.
